Consensus Codeworks · Delivery Partnerships

Senior ownership for the workstream that cannot slip.

We help software agencies and product teams deliver difficult AI, real-time, integration, and platform work. Every engagement has a clear scope, hands-on engineering, visible evidence, and a clean handover.

Agency delivery support Product rescue Integration and reliability Clean handover

Where we fit

Extend the team without blurring responsibility.

For agencies and integrators

Protect the client relationship. Strengthen the delivery.

Bring us behind the scenes for a difficult package of work. We can operate as a specialist delivery partner while your team retains the account, context, and commercial relationship.

  • White-label or named specialist participation
  • Explicit interfaces with your delivery team
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer by design

For product companies

Unblock the critical path without creating a new dependency.

Use senior hands-on support when an integration, reliability issue, modernization decision, or release needs one accountable owner from diagnosis through proof.

  • Work within the existing product and architecture
  • Decisions tied to measurable operating constraints
  • A bounded engagement with an exit path

Engagement models

Start at the smallest useful scope.

Each model has an explicit outcome and boundary. If the evidence supports a larger next step, we scope it separately.

A low-friction start

Clear enough to buy. Controlled enough to trust.

  1. 01

    Fit call

We identify the business outcome, critical constraint, decision owner, and access needed to make progress.

  2. 02

    Written scope

You receive a bounded engagement with responsibilities, deliverables, evidence, timing, and exclusions made explicit.

  3. 03

    Delivery with evidence

Work stays visible through working software, tests, measurements, decision records, or other agreed proof.

  4. 04

    Handover or next step

We close with documentation and ownership transfer. Continued support is a deliberate choice, not a hidden dependency.

Selected delivery evidence

Work at the interfaces where projects become difficult.

Airline technology

Operational context, not just software vocabulary.

We deliver airline-technology integrations, operational data systems, legacy modernization, and AI-assisted workflows by connecting operational constraints with reliable product engineering.

This capability comes from building and modernizing production airline systems across reservations, ticketing, PSS components, operational controls, and analytics.

Our airline technology experience also includes working knowledge of modern airline retailing standards and data models such as IATA NDC, ONE Order, AIDM, and EDIFACT, complemented by hands-on work in protocol validation, message transformation, and AI-assisted enterprise integration.

Real-time PNR integration

A bidirectional C++ and TCP/IP platform connected IBM mainframe reservation events with Linux and Oracle services in real time. The data flow remains operational and supports downstream workloads.

Revenue and passenger controls

Time-limit automation, revenue-integrity workflows, blacklist controls, and passenger-control modules built on live reservation data created measurable commercial and operational impact.

Operational data foundation

Live reservation and ticketing events became a durable source for ETL, data warehousing, analytics, and multiple downstream products.

PSS modernization

Leadership of an 18-month end-to-end PSS modernization assessment spanning components, interfaces, operating constraints, suppliers, and the transformation roadmap.

A good fit

The engagement has a real constraint and an accountable owner.

  • A defined outcome or critical workstream
  • Access to a technical and business decision owner
  • A release, reliability, integration, or modernization constraint
  • A team that values evidence, documentation, and handover

Usually not a fit

More activity is not the same as more ownership.

  • Anonymous staff augmentation without ownership
  • Unbounded discovery with no decision to make
  • Permanent on-call coverage disguised as a project
  • Delivery where access or responsibility cannot be clarified

Start with the constraint

Tell us what is blocked, what must be true at the end, and who owns the decision.

We will tell you plainly whether a review, a focused sprint, or a longer partnership is the right first move.

Contact

Discuss a project or request a teaser.

Tell us whether you need a software delivery partner, airline-technology support, an AI or real-time system, infrastructure readiness, or a renewable energy co-development track. We will reply with the appropriate next step and level of information.
