Who We Are

Engineers for delivery, operations, and readiness.

Consensus Labs Swiss GmbH operates across two connected practices: AI-backed software engineering and infrastructure project readiness. We bring systems thinking, disciplined delivery, and decision-ready documentation to complex initiatives.

For renewable energy, we support opportunity origination, local stakeholder coordination, early development planning, and partner diligence preparation. Project-specific legal, grid, environmental, and engineering work is coordinated with qualified local and specialist advisers as the project advances.

Our Story

We started as Doganbros in 2018 and delivered real-time media and communication systems for clients across multiple countries. Over time we expanded our scope from secure conferencing and streaming into mind and skill games, then into blockchain-based systems. In 2025 we moved the company to Switzerland and established Consensus Labs to scale delivery from a compliant global base and expand into AI readiness and infrastructure readiness.

Projects prepared for the next decision.

We support renewable energy opportunities from origination through the first structured development stage. The goal is simple: give experienced developers and capital partners enough clarity to make a disciplined decision without overstating what is not yet proven.

01

Opportunity and stakeholder definition

Turn an initial opportunity into a clear project thesis, stakeholder map, rights-and-evidence summary, and a bounded set of next questions.

02

Stage-1 development coordination

Structure and coordinate early site, land, grid, regulatory, pre-feasibility, and commercial work under explicit milestones and decision gates.

03

Technical and data-room readiness

Prepare the technical narrative, assumptions, risk register, evidence index, and controlled information package required for partner diligence.

04

Co-development partner preparation

Qualify mandate fit and help define a practical entry structure covering responsibilities, development capital, governance, and go/no-go milestones.
